Our support hours are Mon–Fri 11:00–20:00 (KST). Average response time is within 2 hours during support hours. Messages sent outside support hours are answered the next business day.

If your stay is soon, submit the Request Form first. We prioritize messages based on stay dates and deadlines (Standard D-4, Rush D-2). No D-1 requests to protect success rate.
