Why there’s a plan fee (and what it covers)

KSD is not a simple β€œbuy & ship” service β€” it’s a time-sensitive coordination service designed for travelers. The plan fee covers the operational work required to maximize on-time delivery during your stay.

We prepare a Draft Order invoice, confirm details, and coordinate purchase requirements.

We handle Korea-only payment/verification hurdles and enter recipient info accurately.

Item cost and domestic shipping are charged at cost. If actual costs differ from the estimate, we either refund the difference or request a small additional payment. Plan fees are non-refundable once work starts. (See Terms.)
