KOREA STAY DELIVERY


Designed for travelers who need Korea-only items delivered during their stay. You send URLs, we handle purchase barriers + timing. Standard D-4, Rush D-2. No D-1.

    📝 Submit the Request Form

    Share your stay dates, accommodation details, preferred pickup method, and product URLs. (One URL per line is perfect.)

    🔎 Feasibility Check (ETA & Pickup)

    We verify delivery feasibility based on seller handling time, weekends/holidays, carrier reliability, and your pickup method. If the ETA is uncertain, we may decline the link (to protect success rate).

    💳 Receive One Invoice & Pay

    If your request is feasible, we send one Shopify Draft Order invoice that includes: service plan fee (Light / Standard / Rush) + estimated item cost + estimated domestic shipping.

    Service plan fees are non-refundable once work starts. (See Terms.)

    🛍️ We Purchase in Korea

    After payment, we place the order locally and enter recipient details exactly as provided. Hotel delivery is default; pickup/locker options are used only when feasible.

    🧮 Final Cost Adjustment (If Needed)

    If actual item cost or domestic shipping differs from the estimate, we either refund the difference or request a small additional payment.

    📦 Tracking & Delivery Confirmation

    We monitor tracking and confirm delivery when available (status screenshots / pickup completion). For hotel deliveries, you’ll typically pick up at the front desk under your reservation name.

Important rules

🏨 Hotel acceptance
Please confirm your hotel/host can receive & hold packages. Refusal/return risk is on the customer.
⏳ Timing first
We may decline links with uncertain delivery estimates to protect on-time success during your stay.
⚠️ No-show / unreceived
If a package can’t be received/picked up, handling options may require extra costs. See Terms.
